A Quick Holiday Workout

It's Memorial Day weekend here in the USA, so I thought I'd post a workout you can do quickly despite the many holiday activities you have planned. Here you go...

  1. Do as many pushups as you can
  2. Do as many deep knee-bends as you can
  3. Do as many leg raises as you can (put your hands under your butt and try to raise the legs just slightly up and down by rocking the pelvis with your lower abs)
  4. Do as many crunches as you can
  5. Repeat this cycle till you've had enough!

Okay, your workout is done and you can enjoy your holiday with no guilt!
